CASE STUDY

The challenge

Paid seats can remain assigned by habit, while a simple removal rule can interrupt useful work.

What I designed and built

  • Used a reviewable decision for each access type.
  • Kept exceptions visible for follow-up.

Outcome

  • A repeatable way to evaluate paid access.
  • A clearer record for future licence reviews.

Employee activity, seat counts, costs, and specific access decisions are not published.
